Takayo Muroga Fredericks is a graphic designer in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from Yale University School of Art with a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, she joined the international design consultancy, Pentagram. She started her own practice in 2016 and works on a wide range of projects from corporate identities to exhibits and printed material.
Her client list includes the World Bank Group, Google, San Francisco Symphony, Stanford University, Twitter, Asian Development Bank, and many others. Her awards and recognitions include the Bradbury Thompson Memorial Prize, Graphis Design Annual, The One Club, and Print Magazine.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing guitar, hiking, and skiing. Though she is a Tokyo native, she feels at home surrounded by the nature in Sonoma County.
